Only apply if you currently live in this area or are able to relocate permanently to the area. **\n\nOwn and maintain the end-to-end integrated master schedule across multiple concurrent data center projects/programs.\nEstablish and govern standard scheduling methodology (WBS structure, activity coding, calendar standards, baseline/change control).\nDrive critical path and near-critical path visibility; lead recovery planning and schedule optimization.\nProduce schedule performance reporting (milestone health, look-aheads, variance analysis, trend analysis, forecasts).\nLead schedule-focused risk identification and mitigation , including scenario planning and what-if analysis.\nCoordinate schedule interfaces across functions: Site Acquisition, Design/Engineering, Construction, Telecom, Commissioning, Security, WAN, Energy, Operations , and vendor partners.\nFacilitate schedule governance forums (e.g., weekly/monthly reviews), ensuring clear actions, owners, and closure.\nCore Responsibilities (What You’ll Do Day-to-Day)\nBuild and maintain detailed schedules including:\ndesign/package release milestones\nprocurement/long-lead deliveries\nconstruction phases and turnover sequencing\nlow-voltage/telecom integration points\ncommissioning/test/certification gates\nrack readiness and GPU handover milestones\nBaseline schedules and manage change impacts (scope shifts, constraints, delays, vendor change orders) with transparent documentation.\nDevelop rolling wave plans and 2–6 week look-aheads to support field execution.\nEnsure schedule logic quality: dependencies, constraints, float integrity, resource/loading assumptions (as applicable).\nPartner with PMs and functional leads to drive accountability to dates , resolve conflicts, and remove blockers.\nMaintain schedule data hygiene and ensure consistent reporting across regions/programs.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation/Experience (one of the following):\n5+ years of experience in construction project controls/scheduling/program scheduling, OR\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated experience owning schedules for mission-critical or large capital programs (data centers, semiconductor, pharma, industrial, or similar).\nStrong working knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts: critical path, float, baselines, variance/trend analysis.\nProficiency with enterprise scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 (or equivalent); strong Excel skills for analysis/reporting.\nAbility to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes in a matrixed organization (often without direct authority).\nExcellent communication skills—able to translate schedule insights into clear executive updates and actionable next steps.\n**This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area.
