Live-in Babysitter/Nanny

Duties Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development. Prepare meals and snacks suitable for the age group while adhering to any dietary restrictions. Assist with daily routines, including diaper changes, bathing, dressing, and nap times. Organize playtime activities that stimulate creativity and physical activity. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after playtime and meals. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Requirements Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying with infants and toddlers. Strong understanding of child development principles and educational practices. Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children are essential qualities. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the family's needs.
