We are looking for experience with real estate construction subcontracts; prime contracts, AIA, Consensus, DBIA Forms, sufficient to negotiate and conclude contract terms and assist with project related challenges or disputes through project close-out, including assisting with change orders and claims as needed. Familiarity with commercial business transactions and legal forms, including purchase orders, lien waivers and releases. Professional collaborative aptitude and ability to assist with all matters related to legal team support for firm operations.
