Also could involve any aspects of definition, management, execution of risk modeling activities and management of warranty claims in support of the contracts/projects as well as development, management, and execution of contract estimating activities in support of tenders and project reviews.\n\nWhat YOU will do:\n\nResponsibility for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.\nAssure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.\nFunction as liaison between internal organizations and customers.\nAssist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.\nReviews customer proposed purchase and repair orders, provides feedback and negotiates with customers.\nSome travel to aviation trade shows and customers around the globe but mostly in the Americas region.\nInteract with members of customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams.\nContributes to the development of sales and business plans for the business unit.\nPresents to leadership in the business.\nWorks with cross business teams and important business unit clients.\nAssist and potentially lead in complex long-term processes and negotiations with important clients.\nAssist and sometimes lead in generating operating procedures to support assigned customers and contracts as well as continuous improvement activities for the business unit.\nSupport the audits of the business unit from time to time.\n\nWhat YOU must bring to Succeed:\n\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and/or equivalent combination of education/experience. Minimum of 5 years of relatable experience in Sales, Customer Contract or Product Management. Experience managing relationships with business customers. Recent experience in the aviation industry within MRO is preferred.\n\nDesired Characteristics:\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.\nDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.\nAbility to document, plan, market, and execute.\nExperience and working knowledge with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Corridor, Quantum, Pentagon 2000 or similar system.\nWorking knowledge of aircraft or component MRO.\nWorking knowledge of airline sourcing processes and CTQs.\nAt least 5 years of experience selling to airlines.\nMultilingual with emphasis on Spanish or Portuguese is a plus\n\nAt ST Engineering, we offer great rewards, competitive pay, career advancement and growth opportunities.\n\nEstimate salary range for this role: $88,200 to $130,000 per year.
