It requires an understanding of our client's marketing goals and tailoring solutions to achieve those goals.\r\nThe Solutions Engineer is responsible for advising on efficiently integrating Optimove's products with our clients' internal systems and 3rd parties' systems. They will be responsible for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams, including Customer Success, Data Science, Professional Services, Product, and R&D, to ensure that clients have the solutions needed to successfully work with the Optimove platform.\r\nThe ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, tech-savvy, and organized. They possess excellent communication and customer-facing skills and have a passion for excellence, innovation, and success. They thrive on investigating and troubleshooting technical issues, using their problem-solving abilities to find solutions.\r\nThis is not a \"behind the scenes\" role. Once trained on the Optimove platform and tools, the Customer Solutions Engineer will quickly start working directly on client projects and collaborating with our cross-functional teams, leveraging the team's best practices.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAnalyze current technologies used within the company to provide optimal solutions based on the client's needs.\r\nPropose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments.\r\nWork closely with internal team (Product, R&D) to design the solution based on requirements.\r\nAccount for possible project challenges on constraints, including risks, time, resources, and scope.\r\nWork closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of implementations.\r\nProvide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.\r\nAnalyze, debug, troubleshoot, and proactively drive forward solutions.\r\nMaster Optimove's products and technologies in the domain of data integration, real-time event streaming, and cloud solutions.\r\nBe the technical focal point for the entire Customer Success org.\r\nLead calls with clients to understand their technical and business needs.\r\nWork with Optimove's partners to analyze, define, and own the tech integrations to serve multiple clients.\r\nRequirements\r\n1-3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering (including requirements, planning, configuration/set-up, deployment, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting).\r\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Computer Science or related field or relevant hands-on technical experience.\r\nFluent English speaker (verbal and written).\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.\r\nYou should be able to talk about technology, even with non-technical people, clearly and coherently.\r\nAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and come up with creative ideas for improvements.\r\nExperience in SaaS implementation processes - an advantage.\r\nExperience in Mobile implementations - an advantage.\r\nLocation: Ability to work in a hybrid model 2+ days per week from our office in Dundee.\r\nRight to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time).\r\nOptimove offers a vibrant, people-first culture where innovation, ownership, and continuous learning shape everything we do.
