Greet guests and perform customer service-related activities.\n\nIssue access badges, including temporary, vendor and guest badges\n\nMonitor activities within the Reception Area through CCTV/Alarm monitoring.\n\nAssist facilities team members as needed\n\nQualifications\n\n4-5 years of Supervisory experience\n\nValid Driver's License / Clean Driving record\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalency\n\nMust be CPR certified\n\nDemonstrated commitment to the security and reception team mission\n\nExperience working with high-level individuals in complex, unstructured situations\n\nSuccessful completion of a background review and drug screening\n\nMust have excellent writing and analytical skills\n\nMust be able to create and cultivate trust and transparency in all relationships\n\nMust demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\n\nCompetencies\n\nComfort/fluency in multiple security disciplines.\n\nRequires the ability to adjust priorities to multiple demands and unanticipated events as well as adjust decisions and actions to new information.\n\nAbility to adapt and show resilience in response to changing circumstances. Treats change and new situations as opportunities for learning and growth.\n\nRequires the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to build and value interpersonal relationships.
