This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, collaborate with top talent, and advance your career in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.\r\nThis position is located in our Lafayette, Louisiana or Knoxville, TN office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.\r\nDue to the nature of government contracts, US citizenship is required.\r\nYour future duties and responsibilities\r\nArchitect, design, and develop advanced, responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\r\nLead integration of RESTful APIs and backend services (.NET Core, Node.js), ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions.\r\nCollaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver accessible, user-friendly interfaces (Section508 compliance).\r\nServe as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level developers, providing code reviews, guidance, and best practices.\r\nDrive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and technical planning.\r\nChampion secure coding practices, automated testing, and DevSecOps adoption (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Qualys).\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack (front-end, back-end, database, cloud).\r\nLead CI/CD pipeline deployments and advocate for automation and process improvement.\r\nDocument architectural decisions, technical solutions, and workflows.\r\nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.\r\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).\r\n5-8 years of professional experience in front-end and full stack web development, with increasing responsibility.\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.\r\nExtensive experience with .NET Core or Node.js for backend development.\r\nProven expertise in RESTful API design and integration, and database technologies (SQL Server/Sybase).\r\nMastery of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).\r\nDemonstrated leadership in Agile teams, including technical planning and mentoring.\r\nDeep knowledge of secure coding practices, automated testing frameworks (Selenium, NUnit), and DevSecOps tools (SonarQube, Qualys).\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nDesired qualifications/non-essential skills required\r\nMaster's degree in a related technical field.\r\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\r\nExpertise in Section508 accessibility standards and inclusive design.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale applications in regulated environments.\r\nCertifications in Agile, Scrum, or relevant technical areas.\r\nExperience with architectural documentation and technical strategy.\r\nCompensation\r\nCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications.
