Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement)

Job TitlePlans and directs a Civilian Human Resources Directorate, which provides civilian personnel services to a large and/or multi-mission civilian workforce. Advises on operational recruitment and placement programs and strategies, strategic human capital planning activities, workforce reshaping, and other complex processes affecting entire Army Staffing ACOM, ASCC, and/or DRUs. Contacts managers or staff of support organizations to assist in solving problems or to achieve expeditious action. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Provides advice, counseling, or instructions to employees on both work and administrative matters.
