This position is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, non-tenure track\r\nposition with primary assignments at UF-Health Shands, Gainesville. Clinical responsibilities include\r\npatient care (including neuroimaging interpretation as well as CT and US guided procedures in adult and\r\npediatric patients) and teaching of housestaff and medical students. Our practice includes the University of\r\nFlorida Children’s Hospital which provides a full range of tertiary care pediatric services and subspecialties.\r\nMinimum requirements include an M.D or equivalent degree. Completion of an ACGME accredited\r\nneuroradiology fellowship, expertise in Head and Neck radiology as well as advanced MR imaging,\r\nincluding DTI and fMRI, is preferred but not required. Candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in\r\nRadiology and must obtain a medical license in the State of Florida prior to employment. Neuroradiology\r\nCAQ is favored.The University of Florida is listed by US N&WR in the top ten state universities in the US and offers a\r\nfull array of undergraduate, graduate, and post doc training in Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Veterinary\r\nMedicine and many subspecialized research areas in the Basic Sciences.
