They provide leadership to project and program team members, which may include directly managing/supervising others. will be considered in lieu of requisite education.\n8 years of relevant experience required, including a minimum of 4 years cumulative of project management experience.\nProficiency in project management standards and execution required.\nIntermediate knowledge and understanding of building design and construction principles required.\nProject management certification preferred.\nPE license recommended.\nMust demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in the job description.\nSelf-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve
