In this role, you will play a critical part in the real estate transaction process, ensuring all title related matters are accurate, compliant, and completed on time. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, tech-savvy, and eager to innovate with us.\nResponsibilities\nManage files from contract through closing, ensuring accuracy and clear communication throughout the process.\nReview title commitments, lien searches, estoppels, and other requirements to clear title.\nInterpret title commitments, resolve title issues, and prepare legal documents.\nPrepare all title commitments, settlement statements, and other documents as requested\nCommunicate proactively with attorneys, realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to gather documentation and ensure smooth closings.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation in a cloud-based, semi-paperless environment.\nManage multiple files, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 2+ years of experience as a Title Processor, Title Agent, or Paralegal in real estate closings.\nTitle Agent License preferred (or willingness to become licensed).\nStrong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and title procedures.\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.\nAbility to identify and clear title issues independently.\nNotary Public (or willingness to obtain).\nExperience with Qualia and Google Workspace; proficiency in Microsoft Office.\nTech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.'\nBenefits\nCompetitive pay with bonuses\nHealth insurance\nPaid holidays, sick days, and vacation days\nProfessional growth opportunities in an attorney-owned environment\nJoin Our Team\nIf you are passionate about providing an exceptional closing experience and meet the qualifications above, we would love to hear from you.
