process analysis, work design, work measurement, work standards, work plans, routings, and labor performance reporting per Tindall standard practices.\nDevelop and implement process improvement projects, including presentation of findings, recommendations, and results to Senior Management as assigned.\nPerform work measurement project(s) at one or more Tindall plants and present findings to local management to their satisfaction.\nIntroduce and implement lean principles at assigned Tindall Operations.\nParticipate in the department’s objective to identify and document best practices and standardization opportunities across all Tindall locations.\nParticipate in various continuous improvement and operational excellence projects throughout the business.\nPerform ad hoc report analysis.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nJob Specifications or Qualifications:\nCertificates, Licenses, Registration: Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred but not required).\nEducation: College Degree (4 years): Industrial Engineering or related degree from an ABET-accredited institution.\nExperience: Less than 1 year.\nAll qualified applicants will receive
