This position requires high judgment, excellent analytical abilities, and a creative mind to invent solutions to improve customer delivery experience; it also offers broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams across DSV.\n\nEssential Duties\n\nDefine, generate, and maintain standardized key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, analyses, etc. in support of various operational and functional teams, leveraging multiple data sources and visualization tools on an as-needed basis.\n\nLead, coach and develop a team of analysts / data professionals fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation while supporting operational functions\n\nIdentify trends and correlations to develop insights that can materially improve our operational decisions.\n\nCollaborate and partner within team and across the organization to develop best practices for your function and advocate for improvements in enterprise-wide tools.\n\nDrive performance against Operations Analytics team objectives and KPIs\n\nRecognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.\n\nAssess and document existing business procedures. Develop recommendations for new methods / procedures, implementation plans, schedules and written reports for management to evaluate.\n\nSupport commercial activities by preparing qualitative and quantitative business cases, showcasing DSV's performance and value creation across solutions‑offerings.\n\nWork closely with business leaders and clients to analyze and document client requirements and develop and implement best practice, consistent, standardized IT Solutions.\n\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\n\nChampion a strong team culture focused on inclusion, engagement and continuous learning\n\nProvide ongoing feedback, performance management and developmental opportunities to team members\n\nPartner effectively with local and central stakeholders, both internal and external\n\nWork with, and through Operations, People & Organization (P&O), and other stakeholders to drive actions supporting business objectives.\n\nDevelop client relationship-management skills via involvement in implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives, Business Reviews, etc.\n\nFacilitate key business cadences and own the design, maintenance, and continual improvement of related materials\n\nDrive tactical execution and continuous improvement while also providing executive-level insights and updates, inclusive of continuous improvement target‑identification, task status updates and impacts, operational performance levels, and proactive risk identification\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n\n5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related field, ideally within a multi-site or large-scale operations environment\n\nStrong knowledge of operational systems (WMS, TMS, etc.), tools, and data\n\nExperience owning and managing KPIs, financial performance\n\nWorking understanding of supply chain or logistics processes and the data structures that support them\n\nAbility to translate complex datasets into clear, user-friendly visuals that drive decision-making.\n\nAdvanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Power BI and/or Tableau\n\nAbility to build and publish functional dashboards independently\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience with large enterprise customers\n\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation - strongly preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python, R, DAX, or M) is strongly preferred.\n\nLean / Six Sigma certification\n\nTravel: Occasional travel across the distribution network (10–20%)\n\nFor this position, the expected base pay range is $113,000.00 – $141,000.00.
