This is a demanding and high visibility role that will offer you the opportunity to gain diverse operating experience in a fast-paced startup environment at the frontier of AI, while driving critical initiatives that shape Normal’s growth and success.Your key responsibilities will include:Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and projects from strategy to execution. These may encompass corporate strategy, go-to-market (GTM), product, business operations and fundraising. Collaborate closely with or embed into business functions as requiredDrive strategy development efforts such as market and competitive research, financial modeling, and synthesizing insights to guide corporate strategy, commercial operations, and product development.
