In addition, this position develops tools, techniques, and systems to drive effective utilization of resources with a focus on continuous improvement.\nDuties and Responsibilities.\nProvides manufacturing process support and problem resolution\nPerform product/ process analysis to create cost savings projects and manage to completion.\nCreate accurate and clear work instructions\nAssist in training production employees\nProvides manufacturing process support and problem resolution\nIdentify – Research - Design, new processes technology\nCoordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products\nPrepare and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment.\nAssist in the analysis of non-conforming product\nSupport other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.\nAbility to lead and motivate others with excellent communication and analytical skills required\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software required\nExperience in plant engineering and maintenance is preferred.\nExperience in lean manufacturing tools and techniques preferred.\nPost-offer drug screen and background checks are required\nOther Information:\nAPPLIED ENGINEERING, INC.
