Suzie Kondi is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our Amagansett retail team. The Sales Associate will play an integral role in maintaining the brand’s elevated in-store presence while building meaningful relationships with our community.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, personalized, and elevated client experience aligned with the Suzie Kondi brand ethosDevelop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate the story, craftsmanship, and fit of each collectionMaintain the visual standards of the store, including merchandising, replenishment, and overall presentationSupport daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and stock organizationBuild and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and styling supportContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a retail or luxury retail environmentDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer serviceStrong interest in fashion, design, and elevated lifestyle brandsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable using POS and basic computer systemsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysPosition DetailsFull-time, in-store positionLocation: Amagansett, New York Opportunity to grow within a small, design-driven brand environment
