Senior Territory Manager

Role Description The Senior Territory Manager will oversee and grow sales in the designated territory by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, providing equipment consultations, and managing project follow-ups. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boston, MA. Qualifications Proven expertise in sales and business development, including identifying new leads and managing client relationshipsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsTechnical knowledge of industrial air compressors or related equipmentExperience with project management and coordinating turnkey installationsProblem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach to addressing customer needsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently while meeting performance goals and deadlinesIndustry experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is desirableValid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated territory
