The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.\n\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\n\nNo Experience Required – we offer in-house training and opportunity for advancement commensurate with performance\nIndividuals with field and/or laboratory construction materials testing / inspections experience are also encouraged to apply!\nValid Driver’s License and reliable driving record (required)\nMust have Basic Math, Calculator and Computer Skills\nAbility to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communication\nWilling and ability to work off shifts and overtime\nAbility to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently. Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance.\nAbility to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound.\nAbility to kneel and squat occasionally, walk, climb occasionally, and stand for long periods of time\nAbility to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold)\n\nPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:\n\nH.S.
