We're remote-first, customer-centric, and growing fast.THE ROLE You understand how planning departments actually operate and can turn that knowledge into successful AI-powered deployments. You'll be a key part of our team, working directly with government clients and shaping how our platform meets real-world needs.WHAT YOU'LL DOWork directly with government permit review teams to understand workflows, pain points, and success metricsTranslate local processes, policies, and code requirements into deployment plansPartner with our technical team to configure, validate, and launch implementationsTrain end users and drive adoption of new workflowsCreate customer-facing materials that support onboarding and long-term successJoin sales calls and demos as a domain expert who builds trustSupport proposals with domain expertiseHelp quantify ROI and develop customer stories for public-sector leadersShare structured feedback from the field to help prioritize developmentPressure-test new capabilities with real users before broader releaseWHO YOU ARE2-8 years in government planning/permitting, planning consulting, real estate entitlements, or land use lawStrong written and verbal communication, including reading comprehension. You parse dense regulatory language with precision and turn ambiguity into clarity.High agency. You take initiative, solve problems resourcefully, and drive results with minimal direction.You embrace doing hard things.
