You’ll serve as the key liaison between the crew, project managers, and owner representatives.\nIf you’re a strong leader with solid construction experience, we want to hear from you!\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, train, and mentor crew members and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale\nPlan and coordinate daily tasks schedules, and workflows\nEnforce all OSHA safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure proper use of PPE\nInspect work to ensure it meets plans, specifications, and building codes.\nWork with project manager (PM) on ordering materials, managing tools, and equipment maintenance.\nProvide clear daily progress reports to PM and owner representatives\nRead and interpret project plan sets and specifications to layout work for the crew\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n5+ years of experience as a foreman in site/utility construction\nStrong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment operation, and safety standards\nAbility to read plan sets and operate key pieces of heavy equipment\nLeadership skills - able to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and make decisions under pressure\nPhysical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs\nOSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; construction management education is a plus\nValid driver's license\nWhat we Offer (Top Pay for the Right Candidate):\nCompetitive salary between $110,000 and 120,000 annually — top of the market in our area!\n100% company-paid employee health insurance\nCompany truck\nBoot allowance\n401(k) with company match\nSupplemental insurance options and short-term disability\nPTO (starts immediately + earned daily)\nHome every night\nThis is a full-time, year-round position with a great team and long-term stability.\n\nSkillCloud HCM Solutions has been engaged to manage this search.
