Join Latitude Therapy as an in-home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Affton, MO, and support individuals with autism or developmental disabilities at every step of their journey.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBARun skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracyCollect and record data on client behavior and progressSubmit session notes and documentation as requiredCommunicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisorsSupport clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols providedTravel between session locations as neededRequired SkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredRBT certification preferred - we'll help you get certified if you aren't already!Prior ABA experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insuranceMust be able to pass background checksComfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situationsBilingual candidates encouraged to apply!Latitude-BT-Home-Affton (MO)
