Our team is looking for a Sr. IT Business Partner to join our Issaquah Team.The Sr. IT Business Partner serves as a strategic liaison between the business and Information Technology, applying in-depth business, operational, and technology expertise to ensure the delivery of strategic and operational objectives. This role requires strong domain knowledge across Asphalt production, construction, and administrative functions, along with the ability to lead enterprise-scale change initiatives. Acting as an advocate for users and business outcomes, this position works cross-functionally to drive process improvement, technology adoption, and organizational learning. Supervisory experience preferred. Community leadership and involvement a plus.WAGE & BENEFIT INFORMATIONThe full annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $145,000. People entering this job typically start between $100,000 and $115,000 depending on direct professional experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily indoors in environmentally controlled conditions, such as an office. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Occasionally the employee will be required to stoop, kneel, or crouch, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 20 lbs.
