Job DetailsDescriptionWe are seeking a driven and analytical Quote Specialist to identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer service and working capital goals.This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance across our supply chain.What You’ll DoObtain timely supplier quotations to support Sales inquiries and new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate system records within ERPEvaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performanceDrive continuous improvement through vendor management and performance trackingNegotiate terms including pricing, delivery, freight, and service levelsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Accounting, Operations, and PurchasingAdhere to ISO procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard ProceduresWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experienceStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHigh sense of urgency and customer commitmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systemsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annuallyPTOMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort- and long-term disabilityCompany-matched 401(k)About Endries International Inc.Endries International, Inc. is a leading distributor of fasteners and other class "c" commodities and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) worldwide.
