We are seeking an Outreach Manager that will be responsible for strengthening Rainbow Acres' visibility, relationships, and community engagement through strategic outreach initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and deliver a high-quality, end-to-end volunteer experienceCoordinate operations and maintain program effectivenessBuild and manage external partnershipsRepresent and promote outreach effortsSupport outreach and admissions growthProvide event and administrative supportSupport outreach communications and collaborationEnsure operational and administrative efficiencyThis is a safety‑sensitive position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.QualificationsMinimum of two years of experience in outreach, community engagement, nonprofit work, admissions, fundraising, or related rolesHigh School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood working knowledge of fundraising strategies and practicesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to effectively interact with and engage with diverse populationsAbility to represent Rainbow Acres professionally and missionally to external audiences.Demonstrated leadership and project management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising related software applications including databasesEvidence of a strong Christian commitment and alignment with Rainbow Acres’ values is essential Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.Why Join Rainbow Acres?Competitive wages and a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in a mission‑driven, supportive community.APPLY TODAY!
