As the Solutions Engineer, you will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.\n\nWe\\'re looking for our next Solutions Engineer to join either our Charlotte, North Carolina office, or in Austin, Texas.\n\nRole Objectives\n\nFunctional understanding of ScreenCloud’s existing solutions and integrations\n\nBring operational efficiency by implementing inventive technical solutions\n\nEngage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs\n\nDrive organization-wide process optimization\n\nMeet short- and long-term business goals\n\nEvaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and test technical solutions and integrations\n\nPropose IT solutions to solve customer challenges\n\nDevelop and review code for assigned projects\n\nEnsure comprehensive technical documentation for all projects\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to create solutions that address internal challenges and provide customer value.\n\nRequirements\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail\n\nAbility to prioritize critical projects and work closely with various business units to achieve shared technical and commercial goals\n\nAbility to design creative IT solutions and a solid understanding of IT topics (info security, APIs, webhooks, and integrations)\n\nFamiliarity with coding languages needed to develop custom solutions for customers\n\nUnderstanding of process optimization and deployment\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical architecture diagramming\n\nReact/Angular experience is preferred\n\nExperience in HTML, CSS, SQL and Javascript\n\nInterview Process and Experience\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
