Some of your responsibilities will include: wrangling and fusing large and disparate data sets, assisting in the deployment of models and algorithms, automating the entire data pipeline, and communicating model results through user-focused data visualizations.\nWe are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team! As a Data Analyst, you will support robust and repeatable data manipulation, large scale infrastructure for data ingestion, and stunning data visualization for custom client applications.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEligible and willing to apply for TS Clearance.\nMaster’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline plus 2 years of data mining experience -OR-Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years specialized data mining or related experience.\n5+ years of Data Engineering or Data Management experience.\nStrong SQL skills, and ability to identify issues with data.\nExperience with Qlik.\nExperience with PowerBI tools.\nUnderstanding of database and database design\nDemonstrated experience with cleaning, management, optimizing performance and processing large volumes of data.\nDemonstrated experience within an AWS environment (AWS certifications preferred)\nFamiliarity with industry best-practices for software-hardware optimization when processing large sets of data.\nExperience with machine learning, with statistical modeling, time-series forecasting and/or geospatial analytics is preferred.\nExperience with Hadoop, Spark or other parallel storage/computing processes is a plus.\nAbility to travel to and work on site at clients as needed.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written\nAbout Elder Research, Inc.\nElder Research is a fast growing consulting firm specializing in predictive analytics and machine learning.
