This role will provide support across shipping, paint preparation, and non CDL delivery.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nAssist with packaging, labeling, and staging outbound materials.\r\nSupport receiving and inventory movement as needed.\r\nPrepare materials, equipment, and work areas for painting operations.\r\nClean parts when necessary, mark and mask off areas of product, using tape and masking paper to protect surrounding areas when painted.\r\nRemoves and disposes of tab and masking paper after the paint is dry.\r\nTouchup as needed and reassemble parts when necessary.\r\nEnsure accuracy and quality in every step of the process.\r\nSafely handle paint, paint related materials and hazardous waste properly.\r\nProperly disposes of paint, thinner, rags and masking paper.\r\nMaintain an organized and clean, safe workspace.\r\nWorks closely with team to meet deadlines.\r\nRead and interpret blueprints to complete work per customers' orders.\r\nInterpret and understand blueprints and work orders to produce quality product.\r\nBrand the components by creating and affixing labels and stencils.\r\nWork in a safe manner following company procedures.\r\nHigh attention to detail ensuring a consistent quality product.\r\nCross training with other departments to meet business needs.\r\nPerform sanding, masking, cleaning, and surface prep.\r\nMaintain cleanliness and readiness of paint booths and tools.\r\nOperate forklift as needed.\r\nTransport items between our Nashua, NH and Gorham, ME locations as well as clients and vendors on an as needed basis. Usually limited to once per week.\r\nRequirements and Qualifications:\r\nAbility to work in a routine environment.\r\nMust be comfortable with hand tools and computers.\r\nHighschool diploma or equivalent.\r\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically active work.\r\nPrevious experience in shipping and/or paint preparation preferred but not required.\r\nValid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.\r\nWillingness to cross-train and adapt to shifting priorities.\r\nTeam-oriented, reliable, and proactive.\r\nForklift certification or the willingness and ability to become forklift certified.\r\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\r\nWork Environment:\r\nCombination of shop floor, warehouse, and office settings.\r\nExposure to noise, dust, paint materials, and machinery with appropriate PPE provided.\r\nOn the road. Driving the company van between facilities is required 1x/week.\r\nSchedule:\r\nFull time, 8:00am 4:30pm, Mon - Fri.
