Business Development Manager
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Fort Worth, TX. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.The position focuses on dealer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market penetration to establish a strong presence for motorcycle gear across retail outlets, biker communities, and distribution networks.Core Responsibilities1. Retail Network DevelopmentIdentify and onboard:Motorcycle gear shopsMulti-brand retailersSpecialty riding storesBuild relationships with store owners and buyers.Negotiate product placements and shelf space.Ensure strong in-store brand presence.2. B2B Sales & DistributionDevelop partnerships with:DistributorsWholesalersRiding clubs and associationsExecute bulk sales agreements.Manage pricing discussions and margins.Expand regional coverage through structured distribution.3. Market Expansion StrategyIdentify high-potential cities and regions.Conduct competitor and pricing analysis.Develop territory-wise growth plans.Provide feedback to product and leadership teams.4. Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term partnerships with retailers and distributors.Ensure repeat orders and consistent engagement.Handle partner concerns and resolve issues proactively.Represent JAG in trade shows and industry events.5.
