Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.\nAs part of the Talent & Culture team, the Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing and executing experiences enabling our learning strategy to shape the culture and connect to the enterprise business strategy at Oshkosh Corporation across the globe and all segments. This role will partner closely with business leaders, segment HR teams, and the Talent & Culture leadership team to understand the learning and development needs across the business and design and implement solutions that will help develop the workforce of the future.
