Current LPN/RN license required
CPR certification required at hire
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and utilize electronic data systems

Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide nursing care to school district patients and staff through telehealth services, assisting in the delivery of primary healthcare and virtual nursing support. Responsibilities include direct patient care, performing designated health assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, accessible care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and support to patients via telehealth platforms
Assist in delivering primary healthcare services in a virtual care setting
Perform designated nursing procedures independently as required
Collaborate with providers, staff, and external agencies to optimize telehealth resources and program development
Educate patients about health maintenance activities and available support services
Maintain detailed and accurate electronic documentation of patient care and interactions
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with telehealth practices, technology, and state and federal regulations
Skills & Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with patients virtually
Knowledge of telehealth systems and best practices
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual care environment
Adaptability to new technologies and innovative care delivery methods
