Pathologists also provide adequacy for fine needle aspiration. Pathologists provide consultation in the clinical laboratory. The clinical laboratory departments include chemistry, special chemistry, serology, immunology, histology, hematology, coagulation, transfusion medicine, and a full microbiology department, including susceptibility testing.The Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and operates as a Core Lab, reporting approximately 1.5 million tests annually.Come discover why physicians who could work anywhere work here!
