Payroll SpecialistA well-established organization in Pasadena is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will support payroll operations for approximately 300400 employees and work closely with internal payroll colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with payroll taxes and hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN).Key ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle payroll for 300400 employees on a regular scheduleEnsure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulationsUtilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for payroll processing, reporting, and auditsReview and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely mannerPartner closely with payroll team members and HR to maintain accurate employee recordsAssist with payroll audits, reporting, and month-end close processesQualifications3+ years of payroll processing experienceStrong knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance requirementsHands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is requiredHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
