We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction Management market segment in the East Bay Area. Assistant Project Manager day-to-day: Demonstrates functional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirementsObtain, maintain, and administer the data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company between owner, architects, engineers, contractors/subcontractors, or other project-related entitiesAssist with coordinating, directing and monitoring activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects and related performing entities, in areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipmentSupport estimating, costs, project controls, scheduling, materials, and application administrationParticipate in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statusesDemonstrates knowledge of self-perform trades and trade contracting including productivity, construction means and methodsProvide administration and processing of project logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilizationPrice and submit change orders to the owner in accordance with the project budget and accounting teamLead project closeout to secure guarantees, warranties, and related provisions for final project delivery to owner entitiesProvide all services and objectives for the application of Roebbelen standards and quality project deliverablesPerform other duties as required What we offer:Competitive Compensation: $105k - 135kVehicle Allowance and Fuel CardGenerous Bonus PlanPhone AllowanceComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) MatchingLife and AD&D InsurancePaid Time Off and Sick LeaveWellness Program What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration or similar area of study3+ years of experience in supporting the management of construction activities on construction, engineering or architectural-related projects with increasing responsibilityKnowledge and application of construction project site safety principles and best practices in accordance with OSHA and Roebbelen standardsWorking Knowledge of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering and construction principles, techniques, and materialsUnderstanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specificationsApplied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and collaboration in a project team environmentStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite productsProficient with project-related systems, such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sure Trak, and PrimaveraAbility to represent Roebbelen in a professional manner, in alignment with the company mission, purpose, core values, and standards of conduct At Roebbelen, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
