HR - Marketing Associate
Overview
We are seeking a Dynamic HR Marketing Associate to join our team ASAP. Interviews will be held in the next 2 weeks and candidate will start working from mid October. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e computer science, IT or related fields) OR possess a Bachelor's degree (Marketing or related field)
Responsibilities:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in marketing or sales field (Preferred)
Need to work in-person in our Plano, Texas office.
We are looking for a candidate that will be able to maintain a client's brand, work independently and help source solid candidates to grow businesses and expand their market value.
Associate will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and scheduling interviews for both digital and in person interviews
Associate will be required to make at least 100 phone calls daily to source an adequate number of qualified candidates
Identify the most talented individuals available in technology and apply their resumes to all the suitable vendors.
Maintain Reports for every candidate such as tracking project progress, organizing meetings, and preparing documentation to provide to Senior Management.
Communication, time management and organizational skills are a must
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.20 - $15.02 per hour
