You’ll partner closely with functional leaders to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex, multi-state workflows.Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, this is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple workstreams with precision and follow-through.What You’ll DoProject Execution & CoordinationManage cross-functional initiatives from concept through launchBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestonesTrack progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are metCoordinate across teams to drive alignment and executionProduct Development & Launch SupportPartner with R&D, operations, and procurement to support product development and launch readinessTrack dependencies and ensure alignment across teamsSupport production planning, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-upCross-Functional CommunicationServe as a central point of coordination across brand, operations, compliance, procurement, and salesFacilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completionCommunicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholdersCompliance, Packaging & Supply Chain SupportCoordinate packaging workflows, approvals, and documentationPartner with compliance to support product approvals and updatesTrack supply chain timelines, vendor dependencies, and risksSystems & Process SupportMaintain project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)Ensure all projects are accurately tracked, updated, and visibleSupport development of templates, workflows, and documentationWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to ensuring projects move efficiently across the organization.
