NVM evaluation within a new technology node and requires strong hands‑on experience in digital test development and debugging within a secure onsite lab environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and implement production and confidence‑level test programs on Teradyne J750\n\nCreate and debug test programs and test patterns for embedded NVM evaluation\n\nExecute engineering tests in a lab environment on wafers and devices\n\nOptimize test programs to reduce test‑related yield loss\n\nAnalyse and evaluate test data to support NVM learning cycles and performance improvements\n\nDocument results and communicate findings clearly within cross‑functional engineering teams\n\nSupport characterization and product evaluation activities\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline\n\nExpert‑level experience in digital test development on Teradyne J750\n\nStrong VBA programming skills\n\nExperience with:\n\nJira\n\nSVN / Git version control tools\n\nGeneral programming and scripting knowledge:\n\nBatch scripting\n\nIdeally C / C++ and Python\n\nHands‑on experience with:\n\nAutomated Test Equipment (ATE)\n\nLab measurement equipment\n\nExperience processing and evaluating engineering test data\n\nUnderstanding of statistical analysis methods\n\nStrong documentation and communication skills\n\nTeam‑oriented
