Participate in project definition, scoping, and option analysis activities.\nEffectively and succinctly communicate program progress and status in diverse forums, with focus on developing technical and business skills through clear establishment of plans, goals, and deliverables.\nRequired Qualifications\nBS in material science, chemical engineering, or chemistry is a MUST.\nMinimum 5 years of Battery related industry experience is a MUST.\nTechnical writing (Grant proposal experience) skillset is a MUST.\n5+ years of experience in project/program management related to project and/or product development.\nDemonstrated communications, leadership, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Ability to write, speak and present effectively will all levels of the organization.\nExceptional project and system management skills, with passion and high energy involvement along with posing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes.\nAbility to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously and achieve success in situations with high degree of variation and complexity.\nExperience across all stages for product development.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMS in either MBA or STEM majors with 3+ years of relevant work experience\nB.S. with 5+ years of relevant work experience\nExperience with batteries containing lithium metal anodes and lithium batteries.\nExperience as a battery maker and a battery customer.\nExperience doing for government projects.\nWillingness to go into the laboratory to understand the cell making process.\nBenefits\n401(k) matching up to 6% (Dollar to Dollar)\nDental /Health /Vision /Legal /Life/ Short-term & Long-term Disability/ Pet insurance\nPTO/ Soelect Holidays /Training / Cultural Event / Free Snacks, Free Parking\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
