NO C2C\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# and .NET frameworks (.NET Core/.NET 6+).\nBuild and enhance web applications, APIs, and backend services.\nCollaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather and refine requirements.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.\nDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to support deployments and application monitoring.\nEnsure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n7+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET.\nStrong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API development.\nExperience with SQL Server and database design.\nProficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.\nExperience with source control systems such as Git.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience with Azure cloud services.\nKnowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.\nExperience with Entity Framework and LINQ.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nKnowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nStrong attention to detail.\nProblem-solving mindset.\nTeamwork and collaboration.\nTime management and organization.\nAdaptability and continuous learning.\nCustomer-focused approach.\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
