Our team maintains SBC components, carrier interconnections, and voice integrations. We ensure global telephony reliability and quality for Zoom Phone customers.\r\nWhat we're looking for\r\nHold Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, and 5+ years equivalent practical experience.\r\nDemonstrate advanced understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS, SRTP and related VoIP protocols.\r\nApply knowledge of PSTN carrier infrastructure, architecture, and US carrier regulations in production environments.\r\nTroubleshoot complex telephony issues using analytical approaches for isolation, triage, and correlation.\r\nCollaborate with global carrier partners to deliver high-quality voice services and resolve technical challenges.\r\nHave the ability to collaborate with the US team. Ensuring sufficient overlap for effective coordination.\r\nConfigure and manage carrier-grade SBCs and telephony equipment, particularly Ribbon/Sonus products.\r\nImplement automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines for voice infrastructure deployments.\r\nDeploy and manage voice services in public cloud environments, especially Kubernetes-based platforms.\r\nWays of Working\r\nOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
