We are a small, fast-growing team with an ambitious vision and are looking for people who are ready to make an impact from day one.WHAT'S THE ROLE?Holden is hiring a Showroom Associate who is excited to deliver the best possible engagement ring and wedding band shopping experience for our customers in our West Hollywood showroom. There are few experiences as rewarding (and confusing) as wedding and engagement ring shopping, and we have the potential to help people navigate that journey in a meaningful and authentic way. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being a people-person and possesses strong communication, sales, organization, and problem-solving skills to engage in one-on-one in-person appointments. You must be deeply empathetic to the customers’ concerns and preferences and have an incredibly positive attitude that helps customers become excited about their purchase.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure every prospective and current customer feels valued and cared forConduct in-person and virtual ring try-on appointments with customers at the showroomCommunicate timelines, scheduling, and updates to customersProvide styling suggestions and facilitate order placementFocus on hitting showroom sales targets and metricsAssist with day-to-day operations of the showroom (opening, closing, trash, cleaning, etc.)Ensure all security and inventory management protocols are being closely followed at all timesBe an evangelist of the Holden brandQUALIFICATIONS1+ years of experience in Retail/Sales/Styling/CXJewelry experience not required but a big plusAvailable to work on weekendsProficiency with Google Drive: Sheets, Docs, SlidesIncredibly organized and skilled at prioritization/time managementExceptional attention to detail with high standards of qualityExtremely friendly, outgoing, and personableComfortable meeting with customers in-person at our WeHo ShowroomAble to commit to a schedule, and be punctual and reliableAn understanding of e-commerce as well as the overall retail experiencePERKS & BENEFITSLots of growth potential and opportunities for advancementDirect access to leadershipBeautiful showroom centrally located in the heart of WeHoCompetitive hourly pay + commissionsFlexible hoursTeam outings and happy hours; lots of snacks and beveragesEmployee discount on Holden products
