This is not a traditional training role — this is a chance to own the creative and learning design engine behind a large-scale security awareness program, helping drive behavioral change, improve risk posture, and foster a culture of digital safety across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLearning Design & Development\nDesign and develop engaging, behavior-driven training content including eLearning modules, microlearning, instructor-led materials, system simulations, and job aids\nApply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE), adult learning theory, UX design principles, and design thinking\nCreate microlearning aligned to security behavior frameworks and human risk mitigation strategies\nDevelop SCORM-compliant content for LMS deployment (SAP SuccessFactors)\nProduce storyboards, scripts, guides, and multimedia training materials\nPartner with security stakeholders to ensure accurate, relevant, and actionable content\nBranding & Visual Design Ownership\nOwn and evolve the Digital Defense visual identity and design system\nMaintain consistency across training materials, communications, and campaigns\nDevelop creative assets including infographics, banners, presentations, and campaign materials\nUtilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)\nSupport large-scale initiatives such as Phishing Derby creative and awareness campaigns\nGamification & Interactive Experiences\nDesign and implement gamified learning experiences (leaderboards, challenges, rewards)\nDevelop interactive content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (landing pages, dashboards, scrollytelling)\nCreate accessible, responsive content aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards\nApply behavior design concepts (BJ Fogg model) to drive engagement and retention\nQualifications:\nRequired\nExperience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning\nProficiency with Articulate 360 or Captivate\nStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript\nExperience with interactive or gamified learning solutions\nStrong visual storytelling and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders\nFoundational understanding of information security concepts\nPreferred\nExperience supporting cybersecurity or security awareness programs\nFamiliarity with behavior change frameworks (BJ Fogg, COM-B)\nExperience with SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)\nKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standards\nExperience using AI tools for content creation\nBackground in motion graphics, video, or SVG design\nTools & Technologies\nDesign: Adobe Creative Suite\neLearning: Articulate 360, Captivate\nWeb: HTML, CSS, JavaScript\nCollaboration: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet\nOther: SAP SuccessFactors, Genially, AI tools\nDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
