The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing the Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with company standards and Group directives. The role requires ensuring that the local organization complies with relevant quality standards (AS9100-ISO 9001), customer requirements, and applicable legal regulations. Additionally, the Quality Manager will define the appropriate level of QMS needed to support operational teams and process owners in achieving performance targets.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nOrganize and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and supervise its variation at all levels of the Company.\nEnsure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.\nEnsure the proper understanding and application of quality procedures and procedures through training and methodological assistance.\nDefine and follow quality management tools (documentary system, indicators, etc.).\nImplement a quality improvement program (process/product) with operational management (charter, indicators...)\nDefine the objectives, the means to be implemented, and the modalities of monitoring or auditing.\nWrite and update guidelines, procedures, and quality instructions.\nCarry out a permanent survey on changes in quality regulations.\nIdentify and analyze quality issues and propose corrective actions.\nPlan improvement actions and verify the results of improvement actions.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering or related field.\n5-10 years of experience in Quality Control Systems functions in a manufacturing environment.\nQMS, Internal Auditor certifications.\nProficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite\nKEY COMPETENCIES\nFamiliarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state, and local regulations, including CMMC knowledge.\nKnowledge of Risk Management tools.\nKnowledge of metrology, including CMM’s controls, machining, welding, and painting processes.\nCommunication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and training.\nAttention to detail.
