This position performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for professional broadcast environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain broadcast video, audio, lighting, and teleprompter systems.Troubleshoot live production equipment.Support streaming platforms and broadcast infrastructure.Configure video conferencing and encoding systems.Ensure operational readiness of studio equipment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of broadcast engineering experience.Experience with streaming platforms, broadcast equipment, VTC systems, and audiovisual technologies.Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal broadcast facilities.Knowledge of Polycom, Tandberg, and enterprise streaming solutions.Work LocationWashington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5).
