Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital banking products, including online account opening, mobile experience, and electronic services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Utilize financial software and data analytics to monitor product performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize functionality.
Assist in promoting & coordinating cross selling and training opportunities for staff; and leads, advises, and trains the eServices team
Manage vendor certificates, licenses, and applications
Develop and maintains electronic banking policies & procedures to ensure compliance
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep our digital offerings competitive and compliant.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in banking or financial services with a focus on digital products or platforms.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Analysis/problem solving, team leadership, time management, decision making, adaptability, eagerness to lead transformative projects
