This includes cycle counting, inventory receipting, and processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. The Warehouse Associate will work as part of a dynamic and growing team to deliver EOS suppliers' and customers with an unrivalled service and contribute to our growth and success.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nEnsuring the day-to-day operational Logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.\nLoading and unloading trucks, cycle counting, kitting, picking, packing, shrink wrapping, labelling, and palletizing products.\nSupport teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.\nReceiving and processing all equipment shipments.\nResponsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.\nSorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type, style, colour, or product code.\nExamines stocks and distributes materials in inventory.\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities when needed.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nExcellent follow through skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills.\nReady, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively.\nBasic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.\nBe an analytical thinker who can help organize and complete tasks.\nBe innovative and self-motivated, with a keen ability to ask questions, as well as a self-directed learner.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.\nAbility to pay meticulous attention to detail.\nAble to lift heavy boxes and equipment.\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\nPrevious experience working in a Warehouse or similar environment\nForklift License - preferably Reach Truck\nPossess experience with inventory management.\nBELONGING AT EOS:\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
