This role will focus primarily on Domo administration, dashboard development, data visualization, and analytics support. The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for client requests, helping transform business requirements into meaningful reporting and visualizations while ensuring data accuracy, usability, and consistency across the platform.Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential responsibilities listed below.Domo Platform Administration & Development:Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, cards, datasets, and reporting solutions within Domo.Manage routine Domo platform administration tasks, including user support, permissions, content organization, and troubleshooting.Create and maintain Beast Modes, dataflows, and other Domo assets to support reporting requirements.Ensure dashboards and visualizations adhere to established design standards and best practices.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions.Apply user-centered design principles to ensure applications meet client requirements.Analytics & Data Visualization:Develop and enhance client-facing analytics experiences through intuitive dashboards and data visualizations.Respond to client and internal requests for custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations.Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across reporting environments.Support the ongoing evolution of reporting capabilities and visualization standards.Client Experience Support:Serve as a primary point of contact for analytics-related client requests and enhancements.Work closely with Client Success, Product Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.Assist with onboarding, training, and enablement efforts related to the analytics platform.Document reporting requirements, dashboard specifications, and standard operating procedures.Technology & Process Optimization:Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, dashboard performance, and data accessibility.Assist with data integrations and reporting enhancements as needed.Stay current on Domo platform capabilities, visualization best practices, and business intelligence trends.Support testing and implementation of new analytics features and reporting solutions.Secondary functions of this position include:Analyze complex client data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Assist with basic dashboard layout and visualization design improvements.Support basic SQL query development and troubleshooting efforts.Assist with HTML, JavaScript, or other front-end enhancements when applicable.Other duties as assignedIgnitium StandardsCommitment to the Ignitium vision: Consistently demonstrates an understanding of, and commitment to, Ignitium’s visionProfessional conduct and positive representation of Ignitium: Consistently adheres to Ignitium policies and procedures, and represents the company in a positive, professional mannerCommunication skills: Consistently interacts with others honestly, respectfully, and collaboratively, and communicates clearly and in a timely mannerAdaptability and flexibility: Consistently balances competing objectives, handles demands of changing situations and tolerates ambiguityCollaboration: Consistently collaborates effectively cross-functionally and with team members.Accountability: Consistently delivers quality work, is capable of setting appropriate expectations, and delivers results within expected timelines and SLAs.Continuous improvement: Consistently collaborates with team members to encourage continuous improvement within the department, pursues professional development activities, and applies what they have learned to improve internal business processes.Ignitium’s North StarMission: Orchestrate Account-Based Experiences that drive revenue for high-growth companies.Vision: Transform the enterprise B2B buying experience.Values: Integrity, Trust, Collaboration, Excellence, Agility, GenerosityKnowledge and SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.
