Implements strong data governance and supports required agreements and processes in compliance with privacy regulations.\n\nContract Award Contingency: This position is being advertised in anticipation of a potential contract award (Q4 2026) and is contingent upon the successful award of that contract to our organization. If the contract is not awarded, this position will not be filled.\n\nKey Responsibilities (List not all inclusive):\nDesign, build, and maintain datasets and data pipelines for program reporting\nDevelop automated dashboards and visualizations for weekly, monthly, and semiannual deliverables\nValidate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability\nSupport the Business Analyst in preparing executive summaries and presentations\nAssist with data sharing agreements (DSA/DUA) and compliance with privacy regulations\nConduct ad hoc analyses to support program management and outreach evaluation\nDocument data sources, methodologies, and findings for transparency and reproducibility\nStay current on best practices in federal data analytics and reporting\nProvide technical support for data-related inquiries and troubleshooting\nCollaborate with other team members to enhance data-driven processes\nOther relevant duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university in statistics, data analytics, information technology, or related field\nMinimum of three (3) years of applied analysis experience\nMeets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) secret clearance (if required)\nSkills & Competencies:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProven ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, including civilians, military personnel, and contractors\nExperienced in data cleansing and validation\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nProven success automating reporting and building dashboards\nFamiliarity with Federal procurement data (Federal Procurement Data Systems (FPDS), System for Award Management (SAM), USAspending.gov)\nProficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis and validation tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)\nSalary Range\n$41– $52 hourly, depending on experience, qualifications, and contract funding availability. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, internal equity, and client contract requirements.
