Inside Sales Associate Location:  11432 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78753Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About Us Texas LED Lighting is a growing provider of lighting and electrical solutions across the U.S. We specialize in retail, wholesale, and project-based sales for commercial, residential, and industrial clients. Our team is committed to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines showroom sales, customer service, and office administration with direct coordination between electricians, management, and clients. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Open store at 8:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM daily. Greet walk-in customers and assist with showroom product selection. Handle customer calls, inquiries, and provide accurate product/service information. Prepare and send estimates/quotes to customers and follow up on leads. Support online sales (Shopify, eBay, OfferUp, etc.). Generate and maintain daily sales reports. Electrician & Project Coordination Collect daily bills and receipts from electricians. Assign jobs and track electrician schedules. Maintain attendance records and time sheets for workers. Update and monitor Job Status Board (Google Sheets). Coordinate project-related file management. Finance & Reporting Count and reconcile daily cash. Record and update P&L – Bills & Expenses (Google Sheets). Submit daily business and sales reports. Issue employee payments/checks when needed. Enter customer payments in QuickBooks. Maintain check copy and project folders. Inventory & Operations Verify product orders and deliveries. Print and manage shipping/label documents. Track and update monthly needs (Google Sheets). Maintain project files and office records. Oversee office maintenance and supplies. Team Coordination Assign and review delegated tasks. Ensure smooth communication between electricians, management, and office staff. Support management with special projects. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or office administration. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Prior experience in lighting, electrical, or construction industry is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
