Rooted Massage Collective | Utah County, UT Rooted Massage Collective is a mentorship-driven massage collective built to support massage therapists as whole humans—not just providers. We focus on sustainable careers, nervous-system–informed care, ethical boundaries, and long-term growth in the profession. We are currently welcoming Licensed Massage Therapists who are looking for community, mentorship, and a grounded path to a sustainable massage career. About the Role This is an independent contractor (1099) position within a collaborative collective. Therapists at Rooted are supported through mentorship, business education, and a values-aligned environment—without sacrificing autonomy or flexibility. You will provide high-quality, client-centered massage while being supported in developing longevity, confidence, and clarity in your work.
