{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ded8ad3f298399a9914c8ccb","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ded8ad3f298399a9914c8ccb","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ded8ad3f298399a9914c8ccb","title":"Warehouse Associate","description":"Insidesource DEI Statement\nBy nurturing a culture where everyone experiences a deep sense of belonging and equity of opportunity, we will uphold our vision to “unleash human and business potential.” We commit to being an anti-ism workplace and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our business.\n\nJob Summary\nThe Warehouse Associate is a full-time position responsible for assisting with the inventory of presold, Insidesource and customer-owned inventories and corresponding invoicing.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist with management of Insidesource and customer-owned inventories to include the overall whereabouts and software database accuracy.\nResponsible for inventory database accuracy using SnapTracker to include photographing, creating, and deleting.\nCreate, maintain, and manage inventory reservations.\nAssist as needed with storage billing for over 30 day and AMS in business system(s).\nAssist as needed with creating receiving records in Integrated Database for full reconciliation.\nAdd customer-owned inventory lines to Core orders as needed.\nVerify all product in warehouse is tagged appropriately.\nNotification and management of product returned to warehouse in accordance with Insidesource return policy.\nAssist if needed with scanning receiving documents daily to network.\nAccountable for understanding and reporting of warehouse storage revenue and expenses.\nAssist Service Operations Administrator as necessary with scanning and uploading electronic copies of documentation.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNone\n\nSkills, Knowledge, Experience Required\nAbility to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced work environment.\nAbility to interact at all levels of personnel in a professional manner and to communicate.\nAbility to operate a forklift.\nStrong product knowledge of major furniture lines, mostly Allsteel.\nExperienced in inventory management process and procedures.\nUnderstanding of warehousing process and procedures.\nUnderstanding of revenue and expenses associated with warehouse.\nOutstanding follow-up and follow through abilities.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to manage time to be highly efficient.\nOwns requests and accepts responsibilities for taking the appropriate action.\nAn appetite for continuously learning new skills.\nSelf-starter with strong focus on sustainable results\nA positive, can-do attitude to handle day-to-day challenges.\nStrong team-oriented work ethic.\nCapacity to deal with frequently changing priorities.\nTemperament to handle stress effectively, remaining calm and focused.\nComputer skills: comfortable with basic computer use and able to efficiently learn new programs as needed.\nPreferred: inventory management, knowledge of IQ Coordinator, RPC Software Core Business System, or willingness to learn quickly.\nAcknowledgement\nThis job description is designed to outline the essential job functions and qualifications of this position.
